Training Being
BEING provides training and workshops for consumers, service providers, workplaces and policy makers, with a particular focus on consumer participation and systemic advocacy. This involves the development new and innovative training programs and resources for consumers. BEING is in a unique position to offer training that emphasises consumer perspectives and consumer participation. BEING’s existing training programs focus on:
- Systemic Advocacy for Consumers;
- Consumer Participation for Service Providers; and
- PeerZone peer-led workshops in mental health and addiction recovery.
