The Canberra Bipolar & Mood Disorder is a mutual support group for people who experience bipolar disorder. The purpose of the group is to provide an opportunity for people living with bipolar disorder to connect with those with similar experiences. Harbour of Refuge Organisation is provides peer-to-peer support for people with Bipolar disorder and those that care about them. Harbor of Refuge bipolar website is intended to serve as a safe and comfortable place for people who are receiving appropriate medical treatment for their bipolar illness, including appropriate medications. The Harbor of Refuge seeks to foster support, interaction, learning, mindful expression, and mindful listening among its peers. Friends and loved ones of those with bipolar disorder are also more than welcome.
