- Self-help programmes: after you’ve had your first appointment with one of our psychologists, you’ll get unlimited access to a wide range of self-help programmes in our app, which you can complete in your own time or with the help of a psychologist.
- Evidence-based treatment: blended treatment model, which is the combination of video calls with a psychologist and our self-help programmes, has been proven to be effective in treating anxiety, depression, sleeping disorders and several other diagnoses.
Mindler believe that everyone should have the opportunity to see a psychologist. Our team currently offers treatment in over 20 languages with a number of nationalities represented. Our team also has a range of specialities to help match you with the best suited psychologist for your condition. What differentiates us from other therapy services is that we go beyond talking therapy by offering actual treatment with experienced psychologists. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists, Rickard Färdig and Johannes Hatem, and one medical doctor/tech entrepreneur Rickard Lagerqvist. Being founded by medical professionals means that we are focused on treatment outcomes for our patients to improve psychological well being. As a psychologist-led organisation, we ensure that our psychologists focus on what they do best: direct clinic time and treatment.
In our app, you will find digital therapy programmes (so-called iCBT programs) that you can work on by yourself or in combination with your psychologist-led treatment. We have programmes that are focused on specific problem areas such as stress, health anxiety, panic etc. To gain access to our iCBT programmes, you must first book a meeting with one of our psychologists. The psychologist will then help you choose the right programme for you.
